Chatlix is a social media management platform that allows users to schedule posts, manage inboxes, analyze performance, and connect social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Social Media Platform Compliance

When using Chatlix to manage social media accounts, you agree to comply with the terms of service and community guidelines of each respective platform. Chatlix is not responsible for any actions taken by social media platforms against your accounts, including suspension or removal.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create and publish through the Service. By using Chatlix, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You represent and warrant that your content does not violate any third-party rights and complies with all applicable laws.

7. Subscription and Billing

• Some features of the Service may require a paid subscription.
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

8. Termination
